		<description>Of course...a lot of people don't recognize that a big reason why the Irish are such prolific talkers is that the English, in an attempt to subjugate the Irish, pushed a lot of there written and religious works under-ground.  As such, the only way many things could be taught in Ireland were thru spoken word.  And, thus, the gift of blarney was both training and fine tuned.
