		<description>I cried as I read this article. I have a brother who has Down Syndrome and speach difficulties so I can totally relate to how important this was to the Father and the son.
I probably would have sent the article to 'certain people' had the last piece about this not been added. It should be sent to everyone and it's probably the person who you don't think would be interested in it that actually would be.</description>
